Crusty Baked Delmarva Chicken
|Worcestershire sauce||2 Teaspoon|
|Onion juice||1 Teaspoon|
|Bread crumbs||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Garlic salt||1 Dash|
|Vegetable oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Beat eggs, Worcestershire sauce and onion juice until thor- oughly mixed.
Dip chicken pieces in this mixture, then roll in a combination of bread crumbs and seasonings.
Pour oil in a flat baking dish.
Arrange chicken in dish with bacon slices spread over it.
Bake in moderate oven 350 °F. for 1 hour.
Cover with a lid or foil and continue to bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
