1 Cut the chicken through the breast bone in half .
2 Oil a roasting pan lightly.
3 Preheat the oven to 400 degrees fahrenheit.(200 degrees C/ Gas Mark 6)
3 In a bowl, add the honey, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and pepper, mix well.
4 On the prepared roasting pan, place the chicken halves, skin side up.
5 Brush with the glaze.
6 Cook in the oven for 40 minutes, brushing with the glaze frequently.
7 When cooked, pour the juices from the chicken, into a small saucepan removing any fat.
8 Add in the bananas and thoroughly heat, just enough to warm the banana.
