Twin Roast Chickens

This Twist Roast Chicken recipe gives a uniquely different way to enjoy an excellent meal. An extraordinary way to showcase your favorite dish!
Ingredients
  Broiler-fryer chickens 6 Pound
  Prepared stuffing mix 8 Ounce
  Melted butter 2 Tablespoon
  Canned peach halves 8
  Pickle relish 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Prepare chickens for roasting.
Prepare stuffing accord- ing to package directions.
Stuff and truss chickens.
Place chickens on rack in shallow open roasting pan; brush with melted butter.
Roast in a moderate oven (375°F) 30 min- utes per pound.
Last 20 minutes of roasting, place drained peaches, cut side down around chicken.
Place chickens on a heated serving platter; garnish with peach halves.
Pill cen- ters with pickle relish.
