Chicken Liver with Barbeque Figs

  Chicken liver 1⁄2 Pound
  Salt & pepper To Taste
  Grilling blend 1 Teaspoon
  Olive oil 1 Teaspoon
  Barbecue fig sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Tuscan blend 1⁄2 Teaspoon

1. In a bowl,place chicken liver, add salt and pepper, grilling blend and a dash of olive oil.
2. Grill for 4 minutes.

3. In the middle of a plate, put barbecue fig sauce, place the grilled chicken liver onto it. Garnish with tuscan blend, season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
