Chicken Liver with Barbeque Figs
|Chicken liver||1⁄2 Pound|
|Salt & pepper||To Taste|
|Grilling blend||1 Teaspoon|
|Olive oil||1 Teaspoon|
|Barbecue fig sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Tuscan blend||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
1. In a bowl,place chicken liver, add salt and pepper, grilling blend and a dash of olive oil.
2. Grill for 4 minutes.
3. In the middle of a plate, put barbecue fig sauce, place the grilled chicken liver onto it. Garnish with tuscan blend, season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
