Spiced Cranberry Chicken
|Flour||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Fryer legs and thighs||6|
|Salad oil||100 Milliliter|
|Cranberry spice sauce||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
In paper bag mix together flour, salt and pepper.
Shake chicken pieces in seasoned flour mixture to coat.
Brown chicken on all sides in hot oil.
Reduce heat and cook gently 20-30 minutes, turning occasionally, until tender.
Drain on paper towels.
Serve chicken topped with Cranberry Spice Sauce.
