Grilled Chicken Thighs
|Chicken thigh||1 Pound, cut into eatable chunks|
|Red onion sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Mediterranean salt and pepper||To Taste|
1. In a bowl, place chicken, add red onion sauce and mediterranean salt and pepper, mix well to coat the chicken thigh pieces completely.
2. Place the chicken thigh pieces a grill, cook until it turns golden brown.
3. Serve hot with your choice of wine or beverage.
