Ingredients
  Chicken thigh 1 Pound, cut into eatable chunks
  Red onion sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Mediterranean salt and pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl, place chicken, add red onion sauce and mediterranean salt and pepper, mix well to coat the chicken thigh pieces completely.
2. Place the chicken thigh pieces a grill, cook until it turns golden brown.

SERVING
3. Serve hot with your choice of wine or beverage.
