Chicken Bola Gai

|Flour||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Garlic powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Celery salt||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Butter||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Canned pineapple slices||20 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Soy sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Pineapple juice||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
1 Preheat the oven to 350° Fahrenheit.
2 In a bowl, mix flour, salt, celery salt, garlic powder, nutmeg.
3 Lightly dust the chicken pieces with the flour mixture.
4 In a frying pan, melt butter and brown the chicken pieces lightly.
5 In a long utility dish or dishes, place chicken breasts until they are just one layer deep.
6 In a separate bowl, mix pineapple juice, soy sauce and sugar and pour over the chicken.
7 Using a cookie sheet,or improvised foil lid cover the utility dish.
8 Bake in the oven for about 1 hour.
9 Remove the cover and bake for another 10 or 15 mins to crisp the skin a little.
10 During baking, baste the chicken with juices two or three times.
11 Meanwhile, in a skillet, melt some butter and lightly brown drained pineapple slices in it.
12 Serve the chicken with prepared pineapple slices.
