Ingredients
  Safflower oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sea salt 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Wheat germ 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Paprika 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Broiler 2 , each cut into serving pieces (About 3 Pounds)
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

MAKING
2.Take a bowl and mix oil, sea salt, garlic and paprika in it.
3.Coat the chicken pieces with the mixture.
4.Roll the pieces in wheat germ and Add them on a baking pan with skin facing up.
5.Apply oil mixture on each piece and bake until soft and brown.

SERVING
6. Serve warm with dips.
