Oven Fried Chicken
|Chicken||3 Pound (1 Chicken)|
|Melted butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Black pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Season all||1 Teaspoon|
|Onion powder||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Dill weed||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Flour||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (For Dredging)|
1.Wash the chicken and wipe it well.
2.Make a mixture of melted butter, salt, pepper, Season - All, onion powder, dill weed and paprika.
3.Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
4.Dip the chicken pieces in the butter mixture.
5.Dredge the pieces in flour and put it in the baking pan with skin side facing down.
6.Put the remaining mixture on chicken.
7.Bake the chicken for 30 minutes.
8.Turn once and cook further for 15 more minutes until the meat softens.
