|Melted butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Season all||1 Tablespoon|
|Monosodium glutamate||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Onion powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
1.For the chickens to be flat, break wings, thigh and leg joints.
2.Put the chickens on broiling rack with skin facing down.
3.Mix butter, salt, Season all, MSG nad onion powder.
4.Put the mixture on chicken using a brush.
5.Broil for 15 minutes from 5-7 inches from heat.
6.Flip chicken and apply the mixture again.
7.Broil for 15 more minutes.
8.Repeat the step after every 15 minutes till th etime drumstick softens and is not pink on cutting.
