Chunky Chicken

Delicious sauce and tender chicken. What more could you want.
Ingredients
  Chicken breasts 1 , cut into pieces
  All purpose flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Baking soda 1 Tablespoon
  Vegetable oil 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Savory 1 Teaspoon
  Sage 1 Dash
  Parsley 1 Teaspoon
  Oregano 1 Dash
  Black pepper To Taste
  Salt To Taste
  Cayenne pepper To Taste
  Cumin 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Prepare chicken breasts into chunks.
In a bowl, combine flour, baking soda, some savoury, sage, parsley, oregano, black pepper, salt, cayenne pepper, and cumin.
Stir the ingredients.
Add chicken chunks to the bowl.
Coat chunks in the mixture.
Put them on a plate.
Cover, chill for an hour.
Medium-high heat the pan.
Add vegetable oil to the pan.
Add chicken, cook for 8 minutes.
Keep stirring the chunks.
Set the pan aside.
Drain on a paper.
Serve with veggies and dip.
