Chicken In Patty Shells

Ingredients
  Frozen patty shells 10 Ounce (1 package)
  Whole chicken breasts 1 1⁄2 Pound, boned and skinned (3 breasts)
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Canned condensed cream of chicken soup 10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 can)
  Dry sherry 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Heavy cream 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salted peanuts/Salted almonds 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Frozen chives 2 Tablespoon, chopped
Directions

MAKING
1 As per the package directions, bake patty shells.
2 In the meanwhile, cut chicken breasts into 2-inch pieces.
3 In a Dutch oven, heat 2 tablespoons butter .
4 Add in chicken and cook over medium heat, covered and stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes.
5 Add undiluted cream-of-chicken soup, sherry, cream, salted peanuts and chives; bring to a boil, stirring.
6 Reduce the heat, and simmer, uncovered for 5 minutes.

SERVING
7 Serve in patty shells.
