Heavenly Deviled Chicken Thighs
|Butter||1 Tablespoon (for greasing foil)|
|Buttermilk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Dijon mustard||1 Tablespoon|
|Boneless chicken thighs||12 (with or without skin)|
|Herb seasoned stuffing cubes||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
1.Preheat the oven to 425 degrees after arranging the oven rack on the third shelf of the oven and by placing a lightly grases baking sheet with foil on it.
2.Take a big bowl and mix mustard and buttermilk in it.
3.Put the chicken pieces in it and marinate them for 1 hour at room temperature or 8 hours in the refrigerator.
4.Blend the stuffing so that it is crumbled.
5.Transfer it to a plastic bag which can be seasled.
6.Put few chicken pieces in it and shake well until coated.
7.Continue with other pieces.
8.Bake chicken until golden for 20- 25 minutes.
9.Serve with dips.
