Bacon and Cheddar Chicken
|Vegetable oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Skinless boneless chicken breast halves||24 Ounce, trimmed of fat (4 halves, about 6 ounces each)|
|Crumbled bacon||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Frozen chopped onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cheese||6 Ounce, sliced (Shelf-stable)|
1.Take a large sized non stick skillet and heat oil in it on medium high flame.
2.Put chicken and saute it well by browning it from both sides for 7-8 minutes.
3.Once done, take the chicken out in a plate and cover with foil.
4.Put bacon in the skillet and cook for 2 minutes on medium flame.
5.Put onions and cook well for 3 minutes.
6.Stir in milk and cheese and cook.
7.Put the chciken in the pan and mix well.
8.Serve the chicken in a dish.
