Grilled Jerky Chicken

Different rubs give different taste and flavors to meats. In this recipe we are using jerk rub. Try the recipe and find what's different.
Ingredients
  Chicken 1 Cup (16 tbs), cut
  Onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Thyme 1 Dash
  Allspice 1 Dash
  Cinnamon 1 Dash
  Salt To Taste
  Black pepper To Taste
  Cayenne pepper 1 Dash
  Olive oil 1 Teaspoon
  Vinegar 1 Teaspoon
Directions

In a dish, add onion, thyme, allspice, cinnamon, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
Mix them well.
In a bowl, place chicken.
Add olive oil and vinegar to the bowl.
Apply jerk rub to chicken.
Chill from half an hour to half day.
Place chicken on a cooking rack.
Heat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Cook chicken for an hour.
Turn chicken half way.
Ready to serve.
