Mushroom Chicken Shangri La

Ingredients
  Chicken 2 Pound, cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces
  Cooking oil 1 Tablespoon
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
  Dried mushrooms 6 Medium, soaked and cut into strips
  Chinese red prunes 4 Medium, pitted and sliced
  Chopped green onions 2 Tablespoon
  Ginger piece 1 Inch, cut in strips
  Chinese oyster sauce 1 Teaspoon
For marinade
  Soy sauce 3 Tablespoon
  Ginger piece 1 Inch, crushed
  Monosodium glutamate 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Gin/Whiskey 3 Drop
Directions

MAKING
1. With oil and cornstarch rub chicken to coat completely and add mushrooms, prunes, green onions, ginger and oyster sauce.
2. In a bowl combine marinade ingredients and mix with chicken mixture.
3. Marinate overnight and steam the mixture 45 minutes or until done.

SERVING
4. Garnish with Chinese parsley and serve.
