Ingredients
  Chicken 3 Pound (1 pullet)
  Onion 1
  Salt 1 Tablespoon
  Water 6 Cup (96 tbs)
  Cornstarch 2 Tablespoon
  Seasoning 1 Teaspoon (Accent)
  Thin ham slices 12
  Broccoli 1 Bunch (100 gm), cooked, drained
Directions

MAKING
1) In a saucepan, combine the chicken, onion, salt and water, bring to a boil.
2) Cover and simmer for 1 1/2 hours.
3) Remove the chicken and slice it.
4) Strain the broth and reserve 2 cups, pour in saucepan and heat.

FINALIZING
5) In a cup, mix together cornstarch, Ac-€™cent and little water.
6) Stir the cornstarch mixture in the broth and simmer for 5 minutes.
7) Taste for seasoning.
8) Put a piece of ham between 2 slices of chicken (sandwich style).

SERVING
9) Arrange the chicken and ham on a serving platter.
10) Place the broccoli around them.
11) Pour sauce over all.
