Champignon Chicken Pate
|Canned chunk chicken||5 Ounce (1 can, Swanson)|
|Canned mushrooms||2 Ounce, drained and chopped (1 can)|
|Finely chopped onion||2 Tablespoon|
|Finely chopped parsley||1 Tablespoon|
1. In a bowl, combine mayonnaise with onion, parsley and Worcestershire sauce.
2. Whisk with a fork.
3. Empty in the Chunk chicken and add mushrooms.
4. Mix thoroughly.
5. Cover the bowl and refrigerate the pate until chilled and ready to serve.
6. Serve the pate in a bowl, accompanied by assorted crackers.
