Sesame Oven Fried Chicken

Ingredients
  Egg 1
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  All purpose flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sesame seed 2 Tablespoon
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Paprika 2 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Broiler fryer chicken 3 1⁄2 Pound, cut up
  Margarine/Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), melted
Directions

Beat egg and milk in medium bowl.
Combine flour, sesame seed, baking powder, paprika, garlic powder and salt in plastic or paper bag.
Dip chicken pieces in egg mixture, then shake in bag to coat.
Arrange chicken pieces skin side up on turntable.
Pour margarine evenly over chicken.
Bake 35 minutes on HIGH MIX, 375°F.
