Orange Scented Chicken Breasts

Ingredients
  Paprika 2 Tablespoon
  Dried oregano 1 Teaspoon
  Ground cumin 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm), minced
  Orange juice 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Lime juice 3 Tablespoon
  Red wine vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Boneless, skinless chicken breasts 1 Pound
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F
2. Take the pieces of meat and place them between the two sheets of waxed pieces of paper.
3. Use a meat mallet to pound the meat to about 1/3 to 1/2 inch in thickness

MAKING
4. In a large 9 X 13-inch taking dish, tip in the paprika, oregano, cumin and garlic and mix well
5. Whisk in the orange juice, lime juice, vinegar and oil and mix well again
6. Add the chicken to the dish and coat well
7. Arrange in a single layer and bake for 20 minutes till cooked through.

SERVING
8. Serve hot
