Fried Chicken With Nori
|Chicken breast||2 Pound|
|Shoyu||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Cornstarch||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Bone chicken breast, remove skin and slice breast into three or four strips.
Cut those strips into 1 1/2" pieces and marinate.
Let stand 20 - 30 minutes.
Cut nori into thirds and then into 1/2" pieces.
Roll marinated chicken pieces in cornstarch and bind each with a piece of nori around the center, securing the nori by moistening with the marinade liquid.
Fry in deep hot oil until nicely brown and crisp.
