Ingredients
  Chicken 1 (Good Sized)
  Onions 4 Large
  Tomatoes 3
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Jeera 1 Teaspoon
  Mustard seed 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic flakes 5
  Ginger 1⁄2 Inch
  Salt To Taste
  Oil 6 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 1 Teaspoon (Leveled)
  Fenugreek seeds 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon pieces 2
  Cloves 10
  Cardamoms 8
  Peppercorns 12
  Fresh turmeric/Turmeric powder 1
  Red chilies 6
Directions

Apply the ground masalas to chicken pieces and marinate for a few hours.
Heat oil and brown onions.
Add chopped tomatoes and fry.
Add chicken with masala and fry well.
Add salt, cover and cook on a very slow fire, without adding water.
Place some water on the lid.
When chicken is ready, add sugar to taste, about 1 tbs and a little more vinegar if needed.
