Chicken Livers And Mushrooms
|Bacon slices||3 , chopped|
|Onion||1⁄2 Medium, chopped|
|Chicken livers||1 Pound|
|Condensed cream of chicken soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Canned sliced mushrooms||4 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Snipped parsley||2 Tablespoon|
Place bacon and onion in 2-quart casserole.
Microwave at HIGH (100%) until bacon is crisp and onion is tender, 3 to 6 minutes.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Microwave at MEDIUM-HIGH (70%) until chicken livers are firm and tender and sauce is thickened, 17 to 22 minutes, stirring once or twice.
Serve over rice or noodles, if desired.
