Tandoori Style Chicken

Ingredients
  Plain yogurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Regular / Low Fat)
  Steak sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped fresh mint 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon
  Ground red pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm), crushed
  Chicken 3 Pound, cut into 4 pieces (1 Whole)
  Raita 1 Cup (16 tbs) (For Serving)
Directions

In small bowl, combine yogurt, steak sauce, mint, paprika, red pepper and garlic.
Place chicken pieces in glass dish; coat with yogurt mixture.
Cover; chill 1 hour, turning occasionally.
Remove chicken from marinade.
Grill chicken over medium heat for 30 to 35 minutes or until done, turning occasionally.
