Tandoori Style Chicken
|Plain yogurt||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Regular / Low Fat)|
|Steak sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped fresh mint||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Ground red pepper||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Garlic||3 Clove (15 gm), crushed|
|Chicken||3 Pound, cut into 4 pieces (1 Whole)|
|Raita||1 Cup (16 tbs) (For Serving)|
In small bowl, combine yogurt, steak sauce, mint, paprika, red pepper and garlic.
Place chicken pieces in glass dish; coat with yogurt mixture.
Cover; chill 1 hour, turning occasionally.
Remove chicken from marinade.
Grill chicken over medium heat for 30 to 35 minutes or until done, turning occasionally.
