Oven Grilled Chicken

Ingredients
  Chicken 1 (Plump)
  Sour dried curd 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
For grinding
  Kashmiri chilies 4
  Tart red chilies 4
  Ginger 1 Inch
  Garlic flakes 10
  Cumin seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Cinnamon stick 1
  Cardamoms 3
  Cloves 4
  Peppercorns 8
  Nutmeg powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Turmeric powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Grind masala fine and mix with curds, oil and lemon juice into a smooth paste.
Clean and cut chicken into 4 to 6 large pieces, making a few shallow cuts on pieces.
Cover with masala paste and marinate in a cool place for a few hours.
Grease well a baking tray and arrange chicken pieces on it, with flesh side.
If possible, place on a greased rack or jali inside a tray.
Bake at 400° for 20 mins.
Reduce heat to 350°.
Turn the pieces the other way and bake another 15 to 20 mins., till done.
Serve with lemon wedges and spring onions.
