Crispy Chicken Nuggets

Ingredients
  Whole chicken breasts 2 Pound
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted
  Packaged cornflake crumbs/Seasoned fine dry bread crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Split, skin and bone breasts and cut in 1 1/2-inch squares.
Dip in butter, then roll in crumbs combined with salt and pepper.
Place in single layer on foil-lined baking sheet and bake in preheated hot oven (400°F.) 10 minutes.
Serve hot or cold with cocktail picks.
Makes 2 to 3 dozen nuggets.
