Chicken Prawn Chow Chow
|Chicken||1 Cup (16 tbs), boiled and flaked|
|Chicken stock||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Finely shredded cabbage||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Mushrooms||3⁄4 Can (7.5 oz) (1 Small Tin)|
|Prawns||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Celery stalks||3 , finely chopped|
|White onion||1 Medium, sliced|
|Garlic flakes||6 , crushed|
|Sliced ginger||1⁄2 Inch|
|Oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped spring onions||1⁄4 Pound (1 Small Bunch)|
Heat oil, fry sliced onion, ginger and garlic for 2 mins.
Add in prawns and fry till cooked.
Then add in celery, mushrooms, cabbage and spring onions and fry for a minute.
Blend cornflour with stock, add to vegetables, stir till boiling, add in salt and chicken, remove from fire after a minute.
