Chicken Prawn Chow Chow

Ingredients
  Chicken 1 Cup (16 tbs), boiled and flaked
  Chicken stock 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Cornflour 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Finely shredded cabbage 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Mushrooms 3⁄4 Can (7.5 oz) (1 Small Tin)
  Prawns 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Celery stalks 3 , finely chopped
  White onion 1 Medium, sliced
  Garlic flakes 6 , crushed
  Sliced ginger 1⁄2 Inch
  Oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped spring onions 1⁄4 Pound (1 Small Bunch)
Directions

Heat oil, fry sliced onion, ginger and garlic for 2 mins.
Add in prawns and fry till cooked.
Then add in celery, mushrooms, cabbage and spring onions and fry for a minute.
Blend cornflour with stock, add to vegetables, stir till boiling, add in salt and chicken, remove from fire after a minute.
Serve immediately.
