Honey Glazed Chicken
|Soy sauce||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Sherry/Apple juice||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Honey||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Onion||1 Small, chopped|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), minced|
|Ground ginger||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Fryer chicken||8 Pound|
In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the first seven ingredients.
Add chicken; seal and turn to coat.
Refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
Place chicken and marinade in two greased 13-in x 9-in x 2-in baking dishes.
Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 1 hour or until juices run clear.
Drain marinade and serve with chicken.
