Sesame Ginger Chicken
|Boneless chicken breast||4 , skinned|
|Soy sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Low Sodium)|
|Onion flakes||1 Tablespoon, dried|
|Sesame seeds||1 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
Place chicken in a bowl or plastic bag.
Combine soy sauce and remaining ingredients; pour over chicken.
Cover or seal and marinate in the refrigerator 4 hours or longer, turning occasionally.
Remove chicken from marinade.
Grill over medium-high heat for 5 minutes; turn and continue cooking until done.
