Ingredients
  Chicken breasts 1 Pound
  Tomato 1
  Onion 2 Tablespoon, finely chopped
  Lime juice 1 Tablespoon
  Jalapeno pepper 1 Teaspoon, chopped
  Avocado 1 , sliced
  Coriander 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1. In a pie plate arrange chicken with thickest portions toward outside sprinkling over with tomato, onion, lime juice and jalapeno pepper.
2. Microwave covered with waxed paper at High for 7 to 9 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink inside, rotating dish twice.
3. On top of the chicken arrange avocado, sprinkle with parsley and let it stand, covered, for 2 minutes.

SERVING
4. Serve hot seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
