Quick Chicken Chop Suey
|Chopped celery||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Onions||2 Medium, chopped|
|Canned pimento||1 Small, chopped|
|Chicken||2 Can (20 oz) (With Rice Soup)|
|Cream of mushroom soup||2 Can (20 oz)|
|Chicken broth||1 1⁄2 Can (15 oz)|
|Canned mushrooms||1 Medium|
|Uncooked rice/Instant rice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chicken breast||2 , diced (Cooked Boned)|
|Slivered almonds||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon (Toasted)|
Saute celery and onions in butter in skillet until onions are transparent but not brown.
Combine pi- mento, soups, broth, mushrooms, rice and chicken.
Place in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours.
Sprinkle almonds over each serving.
