Ingredients
  Sugar 3 Tablespoon
  Tabasco 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chicken breasts 4 (Boned)
  Cooked rice 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Parsley 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Salt 2 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper To Taste
  Corn oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Divided)
  Flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Paprika 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Under running water and wash the chicken breasts and then dry thoroughly

MAKING
2) In a bowl, mix the rice, onion, parsley, salt, pepper and ΒΌ cup of corn oil
3) Spoon this mixture into the hollow of the chicken breasts
4) Overlap the sides together and secure with wooden toothpick
5) Dust each chicken breast lightly with flour and paprika
6) Place them skin side up in a baking pan, lined with aluminum foil
7) Bake for 25 minutes at 450F
8) Reduce the heat t 325F
9) Mix together the corn oil, lemon juice, water, salt, sugar, Tabasco sauce in a saucepan and bring to a gently simmer
10) Baste the chicken with the sauce
11) Bake in the oven for 25 minutes till the chicken becomes tender

SERVING
12) Serve warm
