Chicken With Herbs And Mushrooms
|Boneless chicken breasts||1 Pound (4 Breasts, 500 Grams)|
|Dijon mustard||2 Teaspoon|
|Mushrooms||1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced|
|White wine||1 Tablespoon|
|Fresh thyme/1/2 teaspoon dried thyme||1 Tablespoon, chopped|
|Parmesan cheese||2 Tablespoon, freshly grated|
1. In a pie plate arrange chicken with thickest portions toward outside .
Then spread over mustard and sprinkle mushrooms, wine and thyme.
2. Microwave covered with waxed paper at High for 7 to 9 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink inside, rotating dish twice.
3. Sprinkle with parsley and let it stand, covered, for 2 minutes.
4. Serve hot seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
