Orange Glazed Chicken Breasts

Ingredients
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ginger 1⁄16 Teaspoon
  Orange juice 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Rice 3 Cup (48 tbs), cooked
Directions

MAKING
1. Sprinkle the chicken breast halves with salt and brown in a skillet in butter; remove the breasts from the skillet
2. Add flour, spices, sugar into the drippings to form a smooth paste; add orange juice to it slowly and cook slowly till it boils and thickens
3. Add chicken breasts, cover and cook for an hour at 350°F

SERVING
4. Serve it over rice along with the sauce
