Ingredients
  Broiled chickens 3 , halved
  Broiler chicken 3 , halved
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Black pepper To Taste, freshly ground
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
  Butter 4 Tablespoon, melted
  Lime juice 4 Tablespoon
  Red currant jelly 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Frozen concentrated orange juice 6 Ounce (1 Can)
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Dry sherry 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Ground ginger 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Tabasco sauce 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Orange juice 1 , rind grated

Directions

Rub chicken with salt and pepper.
Broil under medium heat 1 hour.
Turn once.
Baste frequently with mixed butter and lime juice.
Mean while: Mix jelly, orange juice, mustard, sherry, ginger and Tabasco sauce.
Simmer until smooth.
Stir constantly.
Spoon over chicken.
Garnish with orange rind.
Serve remainder in sauce boat.
