Chicken Breasts In Champagne Sauce

  Long grain rice 1 Cup (16 tbs) (1 Package)
  Long grain and wild rice mix 6 Ounce (1 Package)
  Chicken breasts 4
  Whole chicken breasts 4 , halved
  Flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Oleo stick 1⁄2
  Oleo 1⁄4 Pound (1/2 Stick)
  Onion 1
  Onion 1 , quartered
  Carrot 1 , quartered
  Carrot 1
  Bay leaf 1
  Ginger 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dry white wine 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Heavy cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Grapes 1 Can (10 oz)
  Green grapes 1 Can (10 oz)
Directions

MAKING
1. According to package instructions, cook the rice and keep warm
2. Fill a bag with seasoned flour, add chicken to it and shake well to coat; brown it in a skillet, in oleo; add onion, bay leaf, ginger, carrot and wine
3. Cover the pan and simmer for twenty five minutes till chicken is tender; Arrange the rice on a platter and chicken on top of it
4. From the gravy, discard the lay leaf, carrot and onion and add cream and grapes and heat without boiling

SERVING
5. Spoon a little sauce over the chicken and add the rest in a gravy boat to sere alongside
