Baked Bar Barbecue Chicken
|Salt and pepper||1|
|Fryer||1 , cut up|
|Onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
|Celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
|Mushrooms||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
|Green peppers||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped|
|Ketchup||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Worcestershire sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Brown sugar||2 Tablespoon|
Salt, pepper and flour chicken for frying; place in hot fat long enough to brown.
Transfer chicken to casserole dish.
Saute onion in butter; add remaining ingredients with some flour (from flouring chicken), mix well.
Bring sauce to a boil.
Pour over chicken.
Bake 1 hour at 350Â°F.
