Orange Glazed Chicken Tidbits

Ingredients
  Low calorie orange spread 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (16 Calories Per 2 Teaspoons)
  Reduced calorie orange spread 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (16 Calories Per 2 Teaspoons)
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Ground ginger 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chicken breasts 15 Ounce, skinned and boned, cut into 1-inch pieces
  Skinned boned chicken breasts 15 Ounce, cut into 1-inch pieces
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat the broiler.

MAKING
2) In a medium mixing bowl, mix the orange spread, soy sauce, ginger and garlic powder together.
3) Toss the chicken pieces in the marinade, cover with a plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes, toss the chicken after an interval of 15 minutes.
4) In a broiling pan, place the chicken pieces and broil for 5 minutes, then turn over the chichen, baste with the marinade and broil for another 3 minutes, until done.

SERVING
5) Serve immediately on individual serving plates.
