1) Preheat the broiler.
2) In a medium mixing bowl, mix the orange spread, soy sauce, ginger and garlic powder together.
3) Toss the chicken pieces in the marinade, cover with a plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes, toss the chicken after an interval of 15 minutes.
4) In a broiling pan, place the chicken pieces and broil for 5 minutes, then turn over the chichen, baste with the marinade and broil for another 3 minutes, until done.
5) Serve immediately on individual serving plates.
