Orange Glazed Chicken Tidbits
|Low calorie orange spread||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (16 Calories Per 2 Teaspoons)|
|Reduced calorie orange spread||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (16 Calories Per 2 Teaspoons)|
|Soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Ground ginger||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Garlic powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Chicken breasts||15 Ounce, skinned and boned, cut into 1-inch pieces|
|Skinned boned chicken breasts||15 Ounce, cut into 1-inch pieces|
1) Preheat the broiler.
2) In a medium mixing bowl, mix the orange spread, soy sauce, ginger and garlic powder together.
3) Toss the chicken pieces in the marinade, cover with a plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes, toss the chicken after an interval of 15 minutes.
4) In a broiling pan, place the chicken pieces and broil for 5 minutes, then turn over the chichen, baste with the marinade and broil for another 3 minutes, until done.
5) Serve immediately on individual serving plates.
