Mock Chicken Leg
|Cracker crumbs||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cream of mushroom soup||2 Can (20 oz)|
|Stewing pork||2 Pound|
|Stewing veal||2 Pound|
Alternate veal and pork cubes on meat skewers.
Dip each "leg" in milk and roll in finely crushed crumbs.
Brown in fry pan with margarine or butter.
Place "legs" in casserole dish with mushroom soup over top.
Bake, covered, in oven at 350Â°F for approximately 2 hours or until meat is easily removed from sticks.
May be prepared a day or two in advance and baked later.
Makes approximately 14 "legs" and will serve 6-7 people.
