|Boneless chicken breasts||6 , skinned|
|Sour cream||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), crushed|
|Thyme leaf||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Green onions with tops||3 , sliced|
Melt butter in large frying pan.
Add pieces of chicken.
Cook over medium heat until chicken is golden brown, about 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
Meanwhile, grate peel from the lemon and squeeze out the juice.
Measure 1 or 2 tablespoons of juice to taste.
Pour on chicken.
Add lemon peel, garlic and seasonings.
Cover - reduce heat and simmer for 5-8 minutes.
Remove chicken with a spatula to a warm platter.
Add green onions and sour cream to pan juices.
Stir until warm over low heat.
Pour over chicken and serve garnished with lemon slices and parsley.
