Crunchy Baked Chicken
|Crushed saltine crackers||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Parsley flakes||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), crushed|
|Chicken||3 Pound, cut up|
|Melted butter/Margarine||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Preheat oven to 350Â°F.
Combine cracker crumbs, cheese, parsley, garlic, salt and pepper.
Dip the chicken pieces in melted butter or margarine, then in crumb mixture.
Place chicken in a shallow baking dish.
Pour remaining butter or margarine over chicken.
Bake for 1 hour or until tender.
