Chicken Wings With Garlic
|Chicken wings||2 1⁄4 Pound (1 Kilogram)|
|Vh sauce||12 Ounce (1 Jar 341 Milliliter)|
|Brown sugar||50 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), thinly sliced|
|Cornstarch||30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)|
|Cold water||75 Milliliter (1/3 Cup)|
1.Mix together VH sauce, brown sugar and garlic.
2.Cook at 100% for 5 minutes until it boils.
3.Mix together cornstarch and water.
4.Add to the sauce.
5.In a shallow dish, arrange chicken wings .
6. Pour sauce over chicken.
7.Microwave covered at 100% for 15 to 18 minutes.
8.Stir halfway through cooking time.
9.Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
10.Serve for dinner paired with beer and a classic movie.
