Stonewall Fried Chicken

Ingredients
  Salt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Monosodium glutamate 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Meat tenderizer 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Turmeric 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sage 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Poultry seasoning 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Curry 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Onion salt 1 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Mixed spice powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground cloves 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Barbecue seasoning 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Flour 8 Cup (128 tbs)
  Chicken 1
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Rinse cut up chicken pieces in warm water, then dip in an egg mixture (1 egg to 1 cup water).
Coat well with seasoned flour mixture.
It is extra tasty if you repeat the process of coating twice.
Fry in fry-pan till lightly browned.
Then bake in oven at 300°F for 1-1 1/2 hours.
