Indoor Grilled Chicken Breasts
|Olive oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice/Lime juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Freshly ground black pepper||To Taste|
|Whole chicken breasts||3 Pound, halved|
|Vegetable oil||3 Tablespoon (For Grilling)|
|Salsa||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Mango Avocado / Tomato Avocado Cilantro)|
1. Combine the olive oil with the lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper. Rub this into and under the chicken skin.
2. Lightly oil a 12-inch stovetop grill pan and heat over high heat until it is very hot, 1 to 2 minutes.
3. Grill the chicken over medium-high heat until just cooked through, 4 to 5 minutes on each side. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
