Indoor Grilled Chicken Breasts

Ingredients
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice/Lime juice 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
  Whole chicken breasts 3 Pound, halved
  Vegetable oil 3 Tablespoon (For Grilling)
  Salsa 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Mango Avocado / Tomato Avocado Cilantro)
Directions

1. Combine the olive oil with the lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper. Rub this into and under the chicken skin.
2. Lightly oil a 12-inch stovetop grill pan and heat over high heat until it is very hot, 1 to 2 minutes.
3. Grill the chicken over medium-high heat until just cooked through, 4 to 5 minutes on each side. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
