|Onion||1⁄2 , thinly sliced|
|Finely chopped celery||75 Milliliter (1/3 Cup)|
|Celery||75 Milliliter, finely chopped (1/3 Cup)|
|Flour||75 Milliliter (1/3 Cup)|
|Chicken stock||250 Milliliter (1 Cup)|
|Milk||250 Milliliter (1 Cup)|
|18% cream||125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)|
|Dry mustard||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Cooked sliced carrots||125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)|
|Frozen green peas||75 Milliliter (1/3 Cup)|
Melt the butter at 100% for 1 minute.
Add the onion and celery and cook at 100% for 2 minutes.
Stir in the flour and mix well.
Add the chicken stock and the milk, stir and cook at 100% until the sauce thickens, stirring every 2 minutes.
Add the cream, dry mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and mix in the chicken, cooked carrots and peas.
Heat at 70% for 4 minutes, stirring halfway through the cooking time.
Serve over rice or noodles or in hot vol-au-vent cases.
