1 Remove the fat from the chicken.
2 In a flat glass pan, place the chicken thighs.
3 In a bowl, mix together the hoisin sauce, barbeque sauce, Worcestershire sauce and green onion.
4 Pour the sauce mixture over the thighs.
5 Tightly cover and put in the refrigerator for 1-12 hours.
6 Coat the grill with cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes.
7 Grill the thighs for 5-7 minutes discarding any excess marinade.
