|Chicken breasts||6 , split and deboned|
|Parmesan cheese||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Fresh parsley||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
|Butter||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), melted|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Fresh bread crumbs||4 1⁄2 Cup (72 tbs)|
|Garlic||1 , minced|
|Dijon mustard||1 Tablespoon|
Wash chicken, prepare bread crumbs.
Add cheese, salt, parsley and mix well.
Melt butter, add garlic, mustard and Worcestershire sauce.
Stir well, allow to cool slightly.
Dip chicken in butter, then roll in crumb mixture.
Be sure it is well coated and roll tightly.
Place chicken in shallow, buttered baking dish.
Sprinkle remaining crumbs and drizzle remaining butter.
Bake at 350Â°F for 1 1/2 hours.
Baste 2 or 3 times.
May be made a day ahead.
