Lemon Chicken With Parsley

Ingredients
  Chicken 3 Pound (1.4 Kg)
  Lemon 1 , juiced and zested
  Parsley 30 Milliliter, chopped (2 Tablespoons)
  Tarragon 10 Milliliter (2 Teaspoons)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Thin lemon slices 4 , diced (For Garnish)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon (From 1 Lemon)
  Parsley 2 Teaspoon
  Basil 1 Pinch
  Butter salt 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Cornstarch 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Water 125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
Directions

MAKING
1.Grate zest of one of the lemons.
2.Also squeeze out the juice.
3.Add in parsley, tarragon and garlic.
4.Microwave at 100% for 40 seconds.
5. Brush chicken with this mixture.
6.Place it on a rack and cook at 70% for 22 min/kg (10 min/lb).
7.Spoon out the chicken and wrap them in aluminum foil.
8.Make sure to reserve the cooking liquid.
9.To make sauce, add reserve liquid, lemon juice and water to make 175mL.
10.Season and add cornstarch to thicken.
11.Cook at 70% for 4 minutes.
12.Stir halfway through cooking time.
13. Once sauce thickens, mix in the butter.
14.Remove chicken from foil.
15. Cut into pieces.
16.Pour the sauce over the chicken.

SERVING
17.Serve garnished with diced lemon.
