Sweet And Spicy Barbecued Chicken

Ingredients
  Canned tomato sauce 15 Ounce (1 Can)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), finely minced
  Olive oil 1 Teaspoon
  Onion 1 , finely chopped
  Worcestershire sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Chili powder 1 Teaspoon
  Cider vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Chicken breast halves 4 (Boneless, Skinless)
  Non fat cooking spray 1
Directions

GETTING READY
1 Lightly coat the grill with the cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes.

MAKING
2 In a small saucepan, add the tomato sauce, garlic, oil, onion, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder and vinegar.
3 Heat for 5 minutes stirring occassionaly.
4 Keep aside 1/2 cup of the sauce and place the remaining sauce at a warm temperature. Do not boil.
5 Place the chicken on the grill and pour the 1/2 cup of sauce evenly over the breasts.
6 Grill for 5-7 minutes.

SERVING
7 Serve the grilled chicken alongwith the warmed sauce.
