Linguine With Lychees, Chicken And Cashews

Ingredients
  Linguine 1 Pound
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Chicken 8 Ounce, cooked, diced (Preferably Smoked / Roasted)
  Lychees 4 Ounce, drained and chopped (1 Can)
  35% whipping cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Prepared tomato sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped cashews 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Chopped green onions 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Grated parmesan cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1. In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook linguine 8 to 10 minutes until al dente.
2. To prepare the sauce, in a large skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat and cook chicken and lychees until chicken starts to brown, about 4 minutes.
3. Stir in cream and tomato sauce and cook 5 minutes.

SERVING
4. Toss drained pasta with sauce, cashews and green onions and serve.
